The Kraken KCP-160 case
packer is a super versatile case hand packing
station that employs an automated product staging
and collation infeed system for manual (hand)
case case pack requirements. Products can be
reoriented / upended to their edge, indexed
in a variety of precision, pack-count configurations
(6, 12, 16, 18, 24 & 36)
and packed easily and accurately by operators
into to their shipping cases. This is all accomplished
in a very small footprint 9’ X 13’
The
Kraken KCP-160 is an ideal system for transitioning
current manual product handling systems into
the direction of automation. This system is
ideal for contract packers or any operation
where manual pack scenarios are prevalent.
