Kraken Automation is pleased to introduce the latest in industry, robust, high speed infeed and transfer systems. The KRAKEN KSIT/MD-100 can work completely as a stand-alone, "plug & play" system or can be fully integrated into an existing carton packaging line-up. The KRAKEN KSIT/MD-100 is ideally suited for "bag-in-box" operations which works in sync with the cartoner/bucket conveyor coordinating simultaneously with the timing of the bag rates. Fully tested and field proven, the Kraken system has a transfer rate of up to 100 bags per minute on a single machine.

A major advantage of this system is that it has NO wear parts and replaces other high maintenance systems with costly overhead sweeps, slide gates and pivot gates which eventually result in mechanical wear and require replacement. Because of its ease of assembly, production start-up with the KRAKEN KSIT/MD-100 system can be in less than one day.  

Other system features may include metal detection and bag blow-off with rejection confirmation. Last but not least, the system is supplied in stainless steel, food grade finish.

Kraken can also provide for multi-pack applications and products with rates of up to 75 bags/min.
