Kraken K2SITP-40/80 Two Stage Infeed and Transfer Systems (40 BPM on doubles and 80 BPM on singles)

This system provides end users with the ability to deliver and transfer bagged product in single or twin pack modes synchronously to a cartoner infeed system. This system has achieved speeds of 40 bags per minute on twin packs and 80 for singles based on a 16” bag. Of course higher bag rate speeds can be achieved but will be dependent on feed capabilities of up and downstream equipment to manage higher speeds as well the bag size and product fill characteristics will have to be considered when achieving the best system performance results.
