KSPR-60/70 Servo Paddle Reject
System
The Servo paddle reject system provides high speed,
repeatable precise and energy efficient system for removing products off
a packaging line. Our system works well in conjunction with vision and
other product sensing and detection systems for example in cases of doing
metal detection, bar code, open carton/flap etc. Our system is also ideal
for replacing air blow-off systems which are unreliable with high speed
applications and can result in poor mishandling of products. Open pouches
for example and open flap cartons with high air discharge rejection can
propel its contents into the surrounding area or, end up skewing the product
and creating product jams downstream. However there are systems where air
reject can be applied effectively for the specific product application.
Kraken Automation provides product reject systems that
can can achieve speeds of up to 1000 PPM.
